Hi, I'm Pieter! 

I'm a fully qualified personal trainer based in Hackney, East London. 

 

My passion lies in training people for better health and longevity.

I want to help people to feel fit and strong and do that in a way that is easy to action and maintain. This means exercising with a proper plan, proper form and proper technique to prevent injuries. I'm here to teach you and guide you along the way!

If you're new to any form of training, don't worry - I wasn't a natural-born athlete myself and I've worked hard to be where I am now, I understand very well what it means to take those first steps. My drive is to offer you the same kind of support that I received  from my coaches and trainers.

What?

I offer bespoke training sessions, tailored to your needs. An initial consultation will help me to gauge your current fitness level, learn about your past experiences, and understand your expectations so I can design your personal training programme.

Depending on your goals a programme can include resistance training, cardiovascular training, core stability, mobility and flexibility, plyometrics,...

​

Normally a session lasts one hour, though personal arrangements can be made so training can 

fit your needs & your schedule.​​​​​​​​​​

We have a gym with squat racks, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, cable machine, bike, rowing machine, SkiErg, 

and lots of natural light.

Dr. Peter Attia says it beautifully in his book Outlive - Exercise is the most potent longevity 'drug'. There's nothing else that even comes close to exercise in the way it prolongs lifespan and preserves cognitive and physical function.

 

This so called exercise-drug works for everybody, and the sooner you start with it, the better.
